The story
Telecom engineer.

Where I started
I spent years in telecom — networks, infrastructure, the kind of engineering that keeps the internet running but nobody notices. Good job. Stable income. Genuinely, chronically bored.
I'm an introvert. Always have been. I find large social situations draining, I prefer systems to people, and I'm most productive when I can go deep on something alone. Traditional career paths — networking, visibility, politics — just aren't how I'm wired.
Why I started building online
I noticed something: the internet rewards builders. You don't have to network. You don't have to be a performer. You build something useful, you publish it, and the algorithm does the distribution. It's the most introvert-friendly wealth-building system ever invented.
When AI tools got good enough to meaningfully accelerate solo building, it clicked. I could ship real products, fast, without a team — and document the whole thing publicly.
The 30-day challenge
The challenge is a forcing function. If I give myself unlimited time, I'll over-engineer everything and ship nothing. 30 days, 30 products, no exceptions — that removes paralysis.
The real goal isn't 30 products. It's to find the 1-2 things that actually work — tools that get traffic, products that sell, formats that grow an audience. The 30 days is a data collection exercise at speed.
Hermes — my AI engine
Every MVP uses Hermes — the AI agent I built on Anthropic's API. Not a ChatGPT wrapper. An opinionated, structured AI engine with its own integration patterns, prompt architecture, and deployment approach.
I'm getting better at using it every day. By Day 30, the prompts and integrations will be significantly more powerful than Day 1. The architecture itself is a product.
Long-term mission
Replace my telecom income with income from AI tools, SaaS products, digital products, and directories. Do it without showing my face. Do it in public so others can follow the exact playbook. The 30-day challenge is chapter one.
